Shipping Terms and Policy:
we partner only with reputed and trusted delivery partner and currently our website service is available only for domestic customers . Customers can pay using UPI / Credit / Debit Cards / NetBanking during check out.
Shipping Policy :
All domestic orders will be processed only via our official website.
Shipping cost for your order will be calculated at the checkout based on the weight, size and destination.
Our standard shipping duration is 3 to 8 working days from the date on which payment is made.
However, the shipping duration of the product shall vary at times depending on the product demand and availability . All orders will be processed for shipping within 2 working days upon order confirmation.
Upon the purchase of the product, tracking number will be shared once the order has been dispatched that will enable the customer to track their orders.
Changes to the shipping address stated during the time of order shall be accepted on if the product has not been shipped.
Customers who book orders to non-residential address (hotels, shops ,office etc)are responsible for the coordination with the courier agency to get the parcel delivered.
In case of non-availability of the customer at the specified delivery address on all the attempts, parcel will be held at the nearest delivery hub, it is the responsibility of the customers to contact the nearest hub and get the parcels delivered.
In case if no one has contacted them, the package will be sent back to our address.
In case of parcel being returned due to non-availability / non reachability of the customer, We charge the usual shipping charges for re-shipping the parcel, applicable to all cases
In case of any unexpected courier delays by the courier company, Bijoux shall not be responsible for the same. However, we will follow up to make sure the parcel reaches you.
Bijoux shall not be liable for delays by the shipment partners, however, we will help you track the product and make sure that it reaches you safely.
Once the tracking number is shared, Bijoux’s part in shipment ends there. The customer and the third-party shipping company shall directly communicate incase of any information regarding the shipment, i.e the time, transit information etc . Bijoux shall not be held liable for any such concerns.
For any other delivery related issues, customers shall reach us at Contactus@bijouxbyhema.com along with the full delivery address and order id, stating the issue faced.
