RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT POLICY


Quality Assurance


We carefully check each and every piece before packing or shipping to ensure you don't have to worry about receiving a damaged item.

Returns Policy

- Non-Returnable : Due to hygiene and personal wellness reasons, products are non-returnable. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for wrong size orders.


- In rare cases, jewelry beads or stones may fall off during transit. These can be easily fixed with glue and will not be exchanged or refunded.


- Please note that some earring stems are intentionally bent to avoid breakage; this is not considered transit damage.

Replacement Policy

- We provide replacements only if a PARCEL OPENING VIDEO is submitted. The video must be an uncut version and sent to returns@bijouxbyhema.com within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

Replacement Conditions

- Products are replaceable only if they arrive damaged or defective and if the same piece is available at the time of replacement.


- Claims are processed only after the products have been received and inspected. All broken or dislodged parts must be included with the returned package. Lost parts or items are not covered under warranty.


- If there is evidence of mishandling of the returned product, the claim will not be processed.


- Claims are processed only once per order.


- If the item is out of stock at the time of replacement, you will receive store credit, which can be used for future purchases.


- Instead of a monetary refund, you will receive a COUPON CODE  OR STORE CREDIT with unlimited validity.


- The cost of reverse shipping (INR 80) will be borne by the customer. The coupon code will be issued after deducting INR 80 from the product price, once returned and delivered to us.

Important Notes

- We take extra care to check each piece before packing and shipping so you don’t need to worry about damages.


- For any defect or damage issues, please email returns@bijouxbyhema.com within 24 hours of receiving the items. Claims made after this window will not be entertained.


- Items must remain unused and kept in their original packaging.


- By default, returns can only be picked up from the same address to which they were shipped. If the pickup address changes, please contact customer care.


- Inform customer care when the package is picked up, preferably with a photo of the pickup receipt, to help us track the returning order.


- Our exchange policy is valid for 24 hours after receiving the product. Late notifications or unreasonable demands will be handled at the company’s discretion, and we reserve the right not to process such returns.


- The item should be in its original packaging with all tags and coupons. Any broken or dislodged part must be included in the return package. We do not cover lost parts/items under warranty.


- The customer is responsible for paying the shipping fee for exchange orders, which can vary from Rs 80 inside Tamil Nadu, depending on location.


- The next exchange order will be processed only after we receive the items back in their original, undamaged form with all the original packaging (outer plastic cover not needed).


- Once the product is approved for return, we will arrange a pick-up.


- Please be patient during the exchange process as there may be slight delays during festive and holiday seasons or due to non-availability of the specific product.


- Refunds are only offered if a prepaid order is lost in transit. Once the returned product is received, we will send the exchanged item or coupon code.


- Failure to hand over the product in its original packaging will result in the cancellation of the exchange request.
